Terms of Service – ANDRIIEVSKYI STUDIO

These terms apply to all work carried out by Andriievskyi Studio Pty Ltd (ABN: 23653828294).

1. Services We provide web development, IT consultancy, code reviews, business automation, and website maintenance. The exact scope of work will be agreed in writing (via email or proposal) before we start.

2. Payment

A 30% deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining 70% is due upon completion and before we hand over the final files, launch the site, or complete the work agreed.
Late payments may delay delivery.

3. Ownership Once full payment is received, you own the final website or code we deliver. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Revisions Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional changes will be charged at our hourly rate of $180 AUD per hour or an equivalent in USD or EUR.

5. Warranties & Limitations We’ll build your project to a professional standard, but we can’t guarantee it will be completely bug-free forever (no website is). We are not liable for any indirect losses or damages.

6. Australian Law These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Australian courts.

By engaging our services or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms of Service.
