Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your project. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work:

• A 30% deposit is required to start work. This deposit is non-refundable once we’ve begun the project.
• If you cancel before we start work, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
• If you cancel after work has started, no refund will be given for work already completed.
• We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time. In this case, you will only be charged for the work completed up to that point.
• All refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

By paying the deposit or submitting a project request, you agree to these terms.
